Our Wildebeest Migration Safari is one of the most popular and loved safari by our photographers and guests. Wildebeest Migrate from Southern Serengeti in Tanzania to Masai Mara in Kenya every year, day in day out. With amazing sightings being during their river crossing season, that’s from July to October. During this period, amazing scenes are sighted, from wildebeests jumping high river cliffs, and another unforgiving spotting of crocodiles eating on them. These are what we capture most, and showcase the drama that is the Wildebeest Crossings.
This safari only accommodates 18 guests maximum, in order to coordinate, plan and execute it perfectly. An exclusive privately guided safari, one of the best way to get amazing shots. Our safari camps are well selected, to offer nothing but optimum safari opportunities to get those incredible safari moments. They are located near the crossings points, where the wildebeest cross the main Mara River.
In order to archive our goals, we will ensure we do anything possible to bring that dream to reality. Our safari vehicles are convertible to photography vehicles and well designed to accommodate full photography positions. Guided by the most rated safari guides in Kenya, you are guaranteed nothing but amazing and beautiful moments of Photography.
This safari can be customized to accommodate non-photographers, who just want an experience of the Wildebeest Migration and Crossings in Masai Mara. It’s suitable for families, solo, couples, and groups too.
Our Day to day Safari itinerary. This safari starts and ends in Nairobi. All transfers are by road, in our 4×4 land cruiser jeeps.
Our transfer guide will be at the JKIA Nairobi Airport to pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. You will meet our team and safari guide for an evening tea or dinner briefing meeting, to go through and familiarise yourself with the entire safari itinerary.
On this, our Safari Guide will be at the hotel at 6.00 am and share breakfast with you. After your breakfast, you will depart at 7.00 am for your safari heading southwest of Nairobi. A 7 hours drive through the scenic plains and valleys of Rift Valley, the huge tracks of the wheat farms, and much more.
Check-in at your camp for your lunch and rest. Later embark on a quick through 2 hours game drive in the reserve.
Day three to Six will be full-day game drives in the reserve, waiting for the wildebeest's river crossings, searching for the big five and other wildlife species. Every evening, we will be sorting our images to know what to improve on and what to apply.
On the last day, we will depart as early as 7.00 am for Lake Nakuru National Park.
Our one-night stay in Lake Nakuru National Park will be focused on the greater and lesser flamingos photography. We depart Masai mara at 7.00 am in order to check-in Lake Nakuru National Park early for a 3 hours game drive.
Later than evening check-in at our lodge for rest and sleep before departing for Amboseli National Park.
We will have a 7 hours drive to Amboseli National Park. After our breakfast, we will depart Lake Nakuru National Park by 7.00 am passing through the beautiful scenic roads through the major city and towns of Kenya. We will arrive in time for lunch, before embarking on a quick 2 hours game drive in the park.
For the next 2 nights, we will have full days game drives, starting from 6.00am till for4.00pm. Offering opportunities to spot and get great moments.
On our last day, we will have a brief morning before closing our 13 day safari. Depart late afternoon after lunch and be dropped at your hotel in Nairobi for relaxation and refreshments, before leaving for home.
We shall l a morning session at the camp to recap and see our achievements in the past 13 days before departing for Nairobi. We shall check in the late evening at our hotel for relaxation and rest before departing home the following day.
On day 13, we shall have s short tour visiting Nairobi shopping centres and markets for souveniors, before departing to the airport for your home bound flight.
